OK, I got my 5K last week and I have it working. Why can I not select
Ant 3 from the Receiver 2 table? Do I need to load a newer version of
PowerSDR (1.18.0), Flex Radio (Fire Wire 3.4.0.5254) or the RFIO board
software (not sure and just do not want to load anything)?

Per the Flex-5000 users guide, RX2 can only select (if installed)
RX2 IN (default), RX1 Tap (the same antenna port as selected for
receiver 1), ANT1, or N/C (not connected).
So Ant 3 is restricted to RX1 or transmit.
