Sorry to bug the reflector again.
I was playing with the sample rate settings
Jan yes that is where I configured it.
Both Virtual cables were set to 48K in the Windows 7 Sound Control
Properties.
but only one was actually at 48k Virtual Cable one was still starting at
41K.
The VAC setting in PowerSDR was also configured for 48K

FYI, I get the exact same behavior (also Win7 x64)--maddening. Only
setting everything up to use

DM780 works well at 41K as well. Its maddening that I can get them to
both set to 48K as I am sure it would work better.
There has to be a way to manage this.
