I would double check the sample rates between VAC on PowerSDR and on
the VAC lines in the Windows sound settings. If one is set to 48000
and the other to 44100, your signal would not look so good. Perhaps
you're unexplained shutdown reset something. I keep both at 48000.

Sorry to QRM the group with my emails on this problem.
Think I stumbled on the issue - seems the PSDR Transmit Filter was set to
high=3100, low=200. I changed it to 2100 and 200 and
eed to redo something
in the master PSDR database or something.
