that software keyers have problems, and the that K1EL Winkeyer is a
good solution. I haven't had experience with software keyers. I hear
some people get good results. Personally I also prefer and use a
WinKeyer USB with exc

I'd have to agree with Ed. 25 years ago was 1982, and the IBM PC was a
mere babe in the woods. I don't recall WriteLog being around until the
Windows environment was well established, which was in the 90's.

I think you can get away with one CW software process that is well integrated
into PowerSDR. I doubt your ever going to get the timing righ
I operated 1D to give out points, 80/40 cw only.
Had to use CWX for buffers and paddles connected to back of SDR1000
as Writelog's cw buffers will not work.
Writelog will key the SDR for the proper duration of the buffer but no cw is
sent.
Hope I can fix that before the major contests come up.
