Jon Berndt is the artist, but I can't imagine that he'd have a problem
with us distributing it.

Just add the missing files to EXTRA_DIST = in the Makefile.am
If EXTRA_DIST doesn't exist, just add it on it's own line:
EXTRA_DIST = Makefile.solo
Then run
Norman,
The current panel is at /sim/panel/path. You can change it by modifying that
path and reloading (panel-load command).

I guess the make dist action does not include the Makefile.solo'
I am working on the view scaling / FOV. Presently a FOV (e.g. 55 degrees) is set for
the window, and can be changed by pressing 'x' and 'X' keys. This FOV means the
horizontal field of view for the window, which is OK until the window becomes tall and
thin when scaling to the window width bec
Hi, I did get the version from jsbsim.sourceforge.net, but
there was no Makefile.solo in the 0.9.1 tarball. I went to
the jsbsim area of cvs.sourceforge.net and picked up the latest
Makefile.solo, but it seems to expect another Makefile.solo in
the filtersjb sub-directory so it does not finish bu

I am trying to build JSBSim 0.9.1. When I run ./autogen.sh from the
JSBSim-0.9.1 directory it configures for a while and then quits with the
following error:
./infig.status: error: cannot find input file:
Any idea how to get this versin of JSBSim to build? Thanks.

You're not accidentally using JSBSim supplied

Just as a side note, McAffe has identiefied some programs as containing
virii in the past. It just looks at a byte sequence in a file and
suggest it
I had someone email me this weekend that the fgfs-base-0.7.8.tar.gz
has a virus (as detected by the McAffee vshield.)
This file has nothing executable in it, and has never lived on an MS
operating system where it could have picked up a virus. But I'm not
up on the latest MS stuff. Maybe one of
Jon,
No, that .infig.status is literally what I'm getting.
I don't have a file called Makefile.solo. Can you tell
me where to get that file? Thanks for your help, I've
been struggling with this over the weekend.

Hello,
I am attempting to compile the standalone version of JSBSim under cygwin
on my windows machine, but when I run the autogen.sh script I get the error:
.

configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating
.infig.status: error: cannot find input file:

FGMatrix is deprecated and should not bein your directory.

It is now possible to start a JSBSim aero model with the engine
running, at least for props. Try something like this for the C172:
fgfs --prop:/controls/magnetos[0]=3 --prop:/engines/engine[0]/rpm=700
All the best,
