(1) put it into $FG_ROOT/Nasal/
(2) add a keyboard definition like this to your $FG_HOME/keyboard.xml (or
wherever you put local key

Indeed, there is no formatted text mechanism in Nasal right now.
Everything is printed to the precision of a full double.
Doing this the "right way" (say, a printf-like format string)
