Ok, I've been trying to figure out how to fix this for HOURS and I really hope someone has a clue how to fix this. I'm starting out a C172R model with the Nav III avionics (i.e. glass cockpit). So I'm trying to get the basics up and working properly from the C172R plane.

Hi,
please excuse me posting this on the FG developers list but I think the
chance to get any help is bigger here :-)
I can compile FlightGear CVS without any problems, did it last evening

When I try to compile Atlas I get an error when executing the "make"
command:
MAKE and ERROR!
A couple things that could be done right now.Use something like an nvidia card with twin-view which creates a single desktop spanning 2 displays. You could create a FG window that stretches across the two displays, then cover one of those with a 2d panel. You'd have to play tricky games with the

I just checked in a few changes I needed to make to SimGear to enable
compilation on my recent reinstall of cygwin. Most of it is fairly minor, and
doesn't appear to breaking my linux build.
Since I can only test on Linux and Cygwin, I thought I'd post a quick
notification of this change. I do
Thanks for the info. I should have clarified that I was wondering if how
hard it would be to do it on one machine --of course the entire program
is too processor intensive to run twice on one machine. Some simulator
programs run multiple windows on low end machines, so it's doable in
some cases.
Hi Frederic how are you ?Thanks by your comments about problems through the code. I remember you told me about your failing harddrive. I hope long life to your harddrive and you too, sure. :.)About the sleep and usleep, the code was made and compiled using a Linux box but is so easy change to Windo

So I was practicing standard turns and timing myself. By the turn co-ordinator, I would complete 180 degrees too fast. The attitude indicator showed my bank angle to be more than I expected for a standard turn as well (this is in the Cessna 172P).
And I realised the problem with the 50 second sta
