I've just pushed a change to fgdata that modifies the model-combined and model-
combined-deferred effects when running under Rembrandt.
This was done in order to be able to provide the same effects that are
available for transparent surfaces in the clasical pipeline for transparent

Another change, hopefuly after this things will be clearer.
With previous change I forgot the case of the model shader being disabled,
thus transparent surfaces would lose transparency and be rendered wrong.
I've commited a new effect, Effects/model-combined-transparent, which should be
