acceptable, because most of the time, the integrated library isn't
getting the amount of support the original does.
For Debian, I'll certainly have to consider reverting tha
as well?
Given that 2.12.0 was released with "compatability", are you going to
change this for a potential 2.12.1 or for 3.0?

simgear is available "under the terms of the (L)GPL" for the entire
project. Since neither the MIT nor the Expat licens add restrictions
beyond those of the LGPL.

simgear and flightgear are actively supported on? I'm inclined to focus
on fewer architectures, but make those packages better. (After all, very
few people have access to a powerpc, let alone powerpc with decent 3D
acceleration.)
