Thanks guys , I think I understand the purpose now. I was referring to
adding airport building at CYVR , I haven't tried actually modifying the
terrain or airport layout .

the scenery release intended for shipping with the planned FlightGear
release in December will be the _last_ scenery release produced by the
World Custom Scenery Team that is synchronized with the Base Package
