I've run into a problem trying to build Version 1.3.0rc3 using MVC++ 6.0 in
Windows XP SP3 (32 bit). Looks like all the .cxx files are compiling o.k.
except for FL_Text_Display, where I get 12 errors like the one below.

compile it with VC Express 2008 using the project files provided, but am
running into cairo-related problems. First it couldn't fine cairo-win32.h. So I
went out and got it from the web, put it into the \FL directory, and
