I'm trying to install Katello 3.1. I have it installed elsewhere and want
to keep the same version if possible, for now. All hosts are running
CentOS6.
foreman-proxy has hit on a dependency for rubygem-sinatra-1.0-2, which I
understand [1] has been deprecated from the EPEL6 repo.

I'm running Katello 3.1 in an air-gapped environment. I have a Katello 2.4
server connected to the internet which collects the repos needed by the 3.1
server. I 'export' the content from the 2.4 server manually, then present
it to the 3.1 server via http. This is fine for the yum r
If I assign a new repo (subscription) to a client (CentOS6 in this case),
the client only knows about the change if I run 'subscription-manager repo'
(on the client). Is that right?
