I was able to nail down what I believe was causing this last week with the
help of someone in the irc channel.
Unbeknownst to me, the pulp.conf for Apache was not written correctly, so
api calls for pulp requests were being passed to foreman directly instead
of pulp. I had to rerun the upgrade and

Definitely possible, and yes, it will work to pull in and sync the OS to
your proxies. Are you using Katello as well?
It should be noted it will only work with xenserver >7.
Let me throw together some notes when I get into the office and Ill share
:)

The install scripts don't do a great job of managing. I've actually had to
break candlepin upgrades for it to work on my end. There is a bug
report/enhancement request for this. I'll see if I can dig up the link.
Ultimately, you can point the candlepin.conf to an external server, but you
will have

Certainly. Going to let that run overnight :)

A better dev can correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe this is
possible with hammer. You can write your own script that works with the
api, or alternatively you could use the irb shell for foreman to talk
directly with rails to remove the machines.

Hey! Great question.
The "Build Token" is (to my understanding) essentially there to keep your
servers from boot-looping when you PXE/network boot them. At the end of
your provisioning script (user data, kickstart, etc), there should be a bit
that makes an HTTP request to your foreman server with
