first release the upstream version 0.5.1 tarball and do *not* include
the debian direcory inside that. after that,

I think that my old rifiuti package could be removed from Debian as
rifiuti2 has the same functionalities and even more.
Or maybe you could rename your binary rifiuti2 to let them
