Related to checkpoint problem:
when I check /usr/fox/sp/files... two files from the Micro station
giving the checkpoint problem are linked :
BBMICRO1.UC and DBMICRO1.UC,
while the files from the other stations are not ???
Can that be the reason ?

We have two AW51B's on the same notebus with automount option.
Sometimes, one of the AW's unmounts . What's the reason for that and how
can the system been mounted without rebooting ?
Which file should I look at for the startup script ?

I remotely execute programs from a SCO Unix machine on a AW51B with the
rcmd command ( on the SCO Unix machine).
What I had to do:
Create a file .rhosts( invisible file; you can see this with the command
ls -al ) in the user directories (on both machines)
What you have to put into that
I am also using omget in a script file, reading 300 datapoints every minute and
never had problems. We also have a small node .
The problem with omget is the amount of system calls which dramatically
decreases the idle time of the AW51processor.
( just run your script and run the command
