dialog panel to default to Elements Sorted by ID? I had a look at

you suspect, the cleaner and more pristine the HTML is, the smoother the

It's been a while since I've done this, but I think this is correct...
On the master page of the first index page, hold the CTRL key down and
right-click the page's frame.
Choose Object Properties.
In the Columns area, define your column settings.
Click Set.

Through a lot of trial and error I have more or less successfully hacked Frame
9's pods and panels. Essentially what I'm doing is hijacking existing pods and
panels by replacing their contents with my own. For example, I replace the
contents of the default xref panel with my own
