I'm aware of fraction fonts, but am hoping there's some way to add them to
the personal dictionary or otherwise get them on a spelling list w

Hi, folks:
Has anyone among you used Brad Anderson's "Bleeding Thumb Tabs" white paper?
I've been struggling with it for days and need some help.
To begin with, I have no idea what a "placeholder" or "anchor frame" tag is.

Hi, folks:
With the help of several stalwart frameusers, I successfully created thumb
tabs along the edge of a version of my fixit book.
However, my inkjet printer won't print close enough to the edge for the tabs
to "bleed." It will create the tabs with the text which can be viewed by

Okay, guys,
Seems to me, somebody just covered this topic less than a week ago. So I
looked all over my hard drive, in my e-mails and save-as text files and
couldn't find it anywhere. Sorry.

Hi, Everyone!
Been away for awhile, since my work on my door fixing book was complete, and
I had successfully created two different PDF versions with no glitches.
But alas, I have revised a certain section and attempted to create new PDF's

Sorry for the knee jerk request earlier about my PDF generation problem.
Seems all I had to do was designate the Adobe PDF driver as the default
printer, and whammo, 190 pages generated in 35 seconds.
And a darned, good looking PDF book it is, too, if I do say so myself.
Anybody interest
Dear Framer Folks:
Has anybody ever used the <$nopage> index variable?
It's a good thing and a bad thing. When put into an index ref it will
generate whatever text you designate, usually "see also . . . " This saves
unnecessary duplication of entries, e.g. "Utility knife/Knife, utility."

Hi, gang:
Is there any way to format the numbers in a TOC separate from the Headers?
Otherwise as the Headers vary in font size, so do the page numbers. I tried
going into the master pages and changing the font only in the building block
that called the page number, but to no avail.
