Why should context-sensitive help be any less useful than it ever was? CSH uses the same TopicAlias markers for all outputs. RoboHelp can use them as well if for some reason you want to link the project instead of using the integrated subset of RoboHelp features. http://help.adobe.com/en_US

There aren't a lot of HTML help options on the default FM output to CHM. For instance, you get a default small box help window in the top left corner. The file that controls the layout is hardcoded into FM, apparently it's an enhancement rather than a requirement (to allow it to be customised
