TOC behaviour for context sensitive help has also been resolved. Parts
of my project had been created in an earler RH version. For a project
built competely in RH 7.0.1, the TOC selection is updated to match the
invoked topic.

Regarding browse sequences, a prompt response on the Adobe forums guided
me to a simple solution. They can be created automatically from the TOC.
The automatically generated browse sequence does not work the same way
