The Walker archives has an incredible collection of audio recordings featuring
talks/lectures with filmmakers. Not sure if or how many are related to
filmmakers filming, but if I remember correctly there is some that overlap with
the subjects of the monographs. As someone previously

A quick search of the library holdings through their database does not
provide the answer to
Having recently purchased a copy of the Nelson/Wiley monograph, Patrick's
question prompted me to do a little searching. I didn't find any issues
beyond those he listed and Wordcat doesn't make it easy to see the
monograph numbers of the issues its catalogued. But I did note that the
Filmmakers
also missing, in addition to number 10, where are the women?!
