Optically printing is a possibility - you would have to run some tests
(using various exposures and filter combinations) in order to determine
what will work best in preventing overall detail loss in the image.

Building 53 finally went down on Saturday in Eastman Business Park. I know

neg processing done at the NFL Films lab in Mt. Laurel, NJ? Do they do good
work/ have a reasonable turn around time/ reasonable prices, etc?

The suggestion to use sodium carbonate (washing soda) is a good one. It's
MUCH more economical than vitamin C as an activator, blends faster with
coffee and therefore produces cleaner results on your film.
