necessarily a bad thing. Oh it has a remote dimer - flicker free down to
it's low light level 40% if I recall. Things is overbuilt and rugged,
and seems to be the best of the low end floro units.

Even at 2400 pixels per inch, a 16mm frame gives you w
omes much simpler to
remove the interlaced frames in software editing programs to end up with
24 fps to edit with.

that was so they could get the little Aaton Code diode technology,
Panavision later sold Aaton, again if I recall.
I bought an Aaton way back - around 1998 or so, it was made in the
1970's and was a "BBC" camera at one time in its life.
and prefer 24 fps. That's how I phrase it, you
want to shoot at 30 fps, or any frame rate, that is your choice, enjoy.
My dream (probably unfulfilled) is to make a still frame with the Niepce
process.
Anyone who wants to tell me what medium I can or cannot use should go
BLEEP themselves.

Way back when I was in college, we heard about this practice, and we
were told if you are going to have nudity, or stronger or offensive
material - make sure you shot 30 seconds of warm fuzzy playful kittens
at the head of the roll.

this, and it was suggested that if shooting material the lab might not
like, to shoot 10 seconds or so of something more acceptable, like cute
puppies, before filming the "hard" stuff.
