Snort 2.9.0.4 port update

Yep. Its a chicken or egg thing. See earlier post in ports for a minor makefile change. Or install libnet11 first. If you want patches ill send them to you in an hour but installing libnet11 is a quick workaround Important. Afterinstalling libnet11. Do a make clean in snort dir. -- Michael Sc
