Hi
I noticed that Openssh port shows in the list of ports that need to be updated
to the latest version (4.6), I dont have much experience updating a port but If
nobody is working on that, I would really like to give it I try?

My 0.02
In my case, I write a blog with all my notes about the process of
maintaining a port.
I am very newbie in the process, but I want to leave something for anybody
who is thinking in adopting/updating a port. I think a wiki or any other
place where a
maintainer can out his/her knowledge and
I am in the process of creating the pkg-plist of my port imgseek
I issue this command: mkdir /var/tmp/$(make -V imgseek)
and I get the following error: Illegal variable name
Does anybody know why and where is my mistake?
