The biggest differences are:
* it builds again (there was an issue with detecting a build dependency)
* distfile rerolled to be simply a 'svn export
the astropulse part (the new production version is
5.06). While doing so, I thought that it might be easier to split the
setiathome
and astropulse clients into seperate ports (although they keep sharing the
/var/db/boinc/projects/setiathome.berkeley.edu/ directory). I have some

I am running boinc-setiathome on -current/amd64 and I'm occasionally
seeing a situation where the setiathome process appears to be running
normally (ie using lots of CPU time) but is not making any progress
(the 'Progress' column in boinc_gui Tasks doesn't update and there
are no updates

I cannot install this version of setiathome. The setup script _autosetup
fails for make, m4 and pkg-config.
I took a peek in the file, and the way it checks for version seems to be at
fault. It runs each command with the flag --version
which is not a correct flag for neither make or m4

FWIW, this version of the setiathome port installed fine here. A few
things you can check:
- non-standard flags in /etc/make.conf
- unusual settings in environment
- use of a non-standard shell (for the user who is doing the install)
