RELENG_9 is supposed to represent the latest branch of 9.1. De facto,
code says it is PRERELEASE (sys/conf/newvers.sh).
But freebsd.org on its front page says 9.1 is at RC-2.
So how can I get RC-2 through cvsup except through RELENG_9 which gives
PRERELEASE ?
