Hi, I'm looking for a free (ports?) backup sollutions for FreeBSD servers. I would like to have something similare to IBM's Tivoli where you install a client on each server and administer the backup from another server with a web gui. Are there similare sollutions found for FreeBSD? Thanks!

Hi, I have a surveillance camera uploading numbered still JPG images to my FreeBSD (4.7 STABLE) server. The number of still images grow really fast and I'm looking for a tool or a script that I can configure through cron (or similare) to automatically once per day add these files to a movie

Upgrade path from 4.7 STABLE to 4.11 or 5.4

Hi all, I have a 4.7 STABLE (production) server and I need to upgrade it to atleast 4.11 STABLE. What would be the best upgrade path inorder to minimize any problems? The server is located in a co-location 5 hours drive from where I'm so a network upgrade without problems would be perfect.

Yesterday I played around with Nullsoft's SHOUTcast server (mp3 streaming) and things worked very well. I was looking for it in ports, but couldn't find it there so I had to install the tgz file offered from Nullsoft. Does SHOUTcast server exist as a FreeBSD port? If not, why? Is SHOUTcast a
