times I've to do) I boot on IDE disk (via the BIOS) I've F1..F5 and when I
press F1 everthing work fine I boot my FreeBSD, but when I press F5i
boot my FreeBSD too.

I would like when a make install in any ports the system make a tbz in
/usr/ports/packages/All every time and WITHOUT any option in command line
(because there many people on the server).

linux/sun-jdk/lot_lot_of_memory). You can use something like python if you
want objet-programming. Or maybe Ruby.

loose much much more on the I/O disk performance, for production
it's good idea to have a very high speed disk on the host.
In my point of vue vmware is very fine thing for running many OS
(different) on same computer.
If you want run only FreeBSD, you can use jail technologie (man jail)
to [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
I forget to tell I'm not controling the smtp-server.

For the ports it's better to use portsnap. It's work very fine.
Be carreful with RELENG_6 it'
