Hey Pawel, please force fsck of the filesystem (-f), I had that issue
recently and the system was crashing because of that (su-journal did not
show fs corruption). Fsck -f showed and fixed inconsistencies and now its
fine.

I have noticed similar behavior with one of my Toshiba DVD drives when disk
was inserted, removing disk and/or drive solved the issue, but I guess it
wtill exist in the driver..?

1.7.2 xorg mouse driver has this fix and no manual configuration is

Hey, try using dsp0 and mixer0 if you use this device, or create link from
bsd alsa config (from /etc... to /compat...). Setting default pcm to 1 with
sysctl will produce sound on another device :-)

When installer is restarted DHCP fails to (re)configure interface,
probably because it is already configured :-) I got into this using
bootonly installer and machine with low capacity drive... Please fix
