When trying to upgrade a 5.2.1-REL machine to 5.4, I get an
'Interrupt storm detected on IRQ 11 fxp0 fxp1' message right after
'Waiting for SCSI devices to settle', and a freeze after that.
As far as I can tell from the 5.2.1 boot messages, IRQ11 is actually
allocated to the asr controller.
