I've got a patch that syncs hid.c, hid.h, and usbhid.h with NetBSD.
This patch will break uhid since I haven't updated that driver yet.
This also breaks the Logitech Combo fix for hid_report_size, but I've
got one of those too, which I'll get to this weekend. ums is updated
