Actually, I think Qualitas MAX (386MAX) does support INT 2F.4A15. AFAIK,
it's the only EMM other than MS EMM386 that does. However, I should state
that I've never actually tried it with MAX, since I've never had a licensed
copy of it.

Officially, I believe there is a precise one-to-one relationship between
ASCII and Unicode, but there are dozens of Unicode characters that look
like
