Hello,
if you are using Cisco, you can ignore these messages with
modifying rlm_sql/conf.h file
//#define CISCO_ACCOUNTING_HACK
I don't knw why is this option defaultly on, we normally are
getting records with zero session time (VoIP - errors with signalization,
user busy etc.).
Greeting to all
I have the similar error when i try "Simultaneous-Use := 1" and I try to login
with user name that is already logged on. I can login second time which is not
good, I thiought I had that Simultaneous-Use working and now it is not.
Am I missing something? could anyone help? what

I read in the alcatel manual that alcatel NASes using Assured Access
Vendor Specific Attribute . But we have no dictionary with this name in
the Cistron Radius and FreeRadius dictionaries . Would you please let me
know what's the name of the Alcatel compatible product dictionary name ?

Is anyone aware of how to shut off accounting to local but still forward to
proxy.
I am just using freeradius to forward all to other radius servers and don't
want to fill up my server with logs.
Thanks,
Brian

I'm developing a web application for ISPs. The users of this application
will be the dial-in users of the ISP. I need to retrieve the "user-name"
of the dial-in user by using it's assigned IP (I get it from the HTTP
protocol when she/he interacts with my application). Do you know where
this inform

Delete the log line from the source, recompile, and reinstall.
Or, fix your NAS so that it sends useful accounting packets, and not
useless ones.

Hello,
I use freeradius-0.3 and Mysql. Authenticate and accounting work ok. When I
add records in file realms for certain domens there are not any changes.
Remote by certain domen to another radius don't work too. The tail of my
radiusd.conf looks like this:
authorize {
preprocess
Can anyone assist me with getting rid of the following error?
Error: rlm_sql: Stop packet with zero session length. (user 'username',
nas 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx')

Dear List,
I have been reading about checkrad and Simultaneous-use ...
In the doc/Simultaneous-use, the example

Fall-Through = 1
