Iodbc throuble

I'm not able to compile rlm_sql_iodbc module. When I run ./configure   I find check for isql  ok I type make and all compile , but no iodbc driver. What's wrong ? I tried also with  --with-rlm-sql-iodbc-lib-dir=/usr/lib --with-rlm-sql-iodbc-include-dir=/usr/include But nothing...

Driver instantiation failed
