to RADIUS Server , about 6 to 30 accounting packet
inserted to radacct table..???

Every 5 seconds I am guessing...if radius doesn't respond it probably
resends, first word that comes to mind is firewall :)
Make sure you have nothing blocking outgoing udp I think.
