Recently i'm trying to deploy freeradius -0-9.1.1
with mysql on Redhat 7.3.
Via documentation on radiusd.conf i've notice that
ip pooling configuration start at after ippool samples :

I am trying to set up freeradius 0.9.3 on my redhat box
Autorization works fine, but not accounting :
For each user session, the NAS sends me
- two Start packets
- two Stop packets
Result is that I get three identical rows in the mysql database
Any help will be hugely

It sounds like a mismatched secret.
Run radiusd with '-x' and send the offending information, for more
assitance.
