Good morning! I am with a new problem, I feel like I'm close. My problem now is that set in a notebook the connection to authenticate with tls but not connecting, I am not showing any error, just does not connect, you run into the radius with "-x" and is waiting for requests. Why is this wrong?

You don't have to delete the debian patch. Changing the user seems to have been corrected and so it's now unnecessary, but a new "bug" appeared in the patch as radiusd.conf seems to have been modified. here is a little diff showing what to change in the patch so it works (well works for me anywa
