I use radius for my wlan auth but I also want it for lan but how? I use
pfsense with radius 2.x It works fine with wlan but how I use it for

radius auth.
Thanks
Andreas

Hello,
if you are using PFsense 2 and captiv portal, go to your captiv portal
admininistration,
hit maj+ select LAN on Interface Field, this will have as result to add
an Interface to your captiv portal instead of replacing the one
available
Note, this is not really a freeradius Issue

Hi,
As I said only authorize sub is being called when receiving a REQUEST
and not authenticate sub.
So I need to change Auth-Type to be Perl?
authenticate fails quite simply because this is an EAP request...and your
FreeRADIUS

Hi,

Step 1. Try pinging the AP from the CentOS box. If that doesn't work, then
you definitely have a network problem.
Step 2. Disable the firewall on the CentOS box (/etc/init.d/iptables stop).
Then try pinging the CentOS box from the AP and then pinging the AP from the
CentOS box. If that works,
