IMHO i found where is the problem. The problem is here:
[radiusd@tdrad1 test]$ netstat -apun | grep 45072
(Not all processes could be identified, non-owned process info
will not be shown, you would have to be root to see it all.)
udp0 0 255.255.255.255:45072 0.0.0.0:*
Maybe i found where is the problem ( please see tcpdump logs, which shows that
udp port is unreachable ), but i don`t know why ?
