Thanks Michael Griego and Michael Schwartzkopf,
now i export my certificate on OpenCA as pkcs12 Certifikate. After that i
convert it as .pem using openssl. Now the cert file looks like the file
generated with CA.all script and all works fine!!!

your Tip was the right way. No i export my cert as pkcs12 and than i convert it

with the CA.all script. The new certs are working very fine on FreeRadius an an
XP Client over an Bintec x2250 WLAN Route

Are you sure your key and certificate files are PEM encoded? Based on
the errors, it looks like they might be DER encoded.
