My company tried to do the same thing awhile back. We had to use return
attributes to tell the NAS to give the user a specific IP pool. Then on
the NAS we had rules to redirect all traffic on that IP pool to the
webserver displaying the particular web address.

That would be nice to do. Especially for deactivated users.
Unfortunately I don't think it's possible. One of my colleagues looked
into that but he couldn't do it at this level.
Some companies to this with MS ISA.
As far as I know you need some sort of a proxy server to do this.

you can do the same for groups in rad_groupcheck :)
