Martin, What is the PERL5LIB variable set to? It should be: /Applications/freesurfer/mni/lib/../System/Library/Perl/5.8.6 I know that Leopard updated perl from 5.8.6 to 5.8.8, but I dont think this should affect anything. I havent seen your problem with nu_correct on my own Leopard updated mac
