Hi Rosa Sorry, this was a bug related to the table producing scripts in a previous version of FreeSurfer which was fixed subsequently. Get the files from ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/fsdev/krish/asegaparcutils/datastruct_utils.py

tkmedit should automatically refresh, but make sure that you don't put it into the background. You can turn on auto redraw in tksurfer from the View menu. This often slows things down. You can hit the refresh button instead (the button with up and down arrows). doug
