Hi Doug, Thanks for your response. I've been trying to build the sequence with your advice but I am still stuck. For the study we want to replicate, we will use TR=2s and we have 3x stimulus type (N=20) presented for 1s each. We gave a window of 1s for participant to respond. On top of this, w

[Freesurfer] project results on a template surface

Hello, I have fMRI data from a small group of subjects. I did a surface-based MVPA (in matlab) in subjects' individual space, and for each subject I have a vector of, say, p-values (one value for each vertex). I would like to display these results on a template surface. So I would like to know

Hi Irina that is what surf2surf does. The mapping is encoded in the vertex locations in the ?h.sphere.reg files. surf2surf finds the nearest set of vertices on the target sphere for each one on the source sphere and interpolates onto it, then does the inverse mapping to fill holes cheers Bruce

Hi Steve, a couple of points: 1. Don't get too stuck on the sequence being "optimal". When you go to analyze, there will be inevitable differences between how you optimized and how you analyze. For one, it is optimized assuming an FIR model. If you assume a shape to the HRF, then it no longer

Hi Juergen, yes use --nofixmni if you wan MNI coordinates. Note that there is no such thing as "MNI Talairach" coordinates. It is either MNI or Talairach, but not both! best doug On 8/14/13 8:50 AM, Jürgen Hänggi wrote: > Dear FS experts > > When extracting cluster information using mri_surfc
