Dear list members,
I want to make figures of the freesurfer analyzed data. So far I am using only
surfstat toolbox for this purpose. Does anyone know any other tool for better
visualization of thickness files.
besides this how can I process the thickness files statistically - Can any
software tool read this thickness as numeric value?
