Hi,
I am running Hippocampal subfield processing stream and I think I got all the
appropriate "posterior_*.mgz files" I need to get the stats, but I am not
seeing "nonPartialVolumeStatsRight.txt" anywhere as described in the wiki
under $subjectsdir. What I am seeing is "volumeStats_left.txt" a
Hi Bruce,
rh.aparc.stats looks good and also rh.aparc.a2009s.stats looks correct.
However, both aparc+aseg.mgz and aparc.a2009s+aseg.mgz have the issue with
missing parcellation labels in right hemisphere.
Also I suspect the issues starts occurring in rh.ribbon.mgz and ribbon.mgz
(missing labels)
Thanks very much, Douglas.
That is very helpful -- definitely newbie questions ...

Dear all,
I am trying to perform a longitudinal lme analysis using freesurfer 5.3.0. For
qdec tables with many columns the asegstats2table (and similarly
aparcstats2table) commands fail with error message:
asegstats2table --qdec-long ./qdec/long.qdec.table.dat --delimiter space
--meas volume
How does the rh.aparc look?
