I would try keeping the input and output folders separate (i.e., use a
different output folder). Also, usually we don’t need to specific the subject’s
directory in the command line if it’s already set up in the environment.

It depends on what you mean by "higher quality". I think if you change the
magnification on the save snapshot window it will increase the effective
resolution of the image, regardless of what format you save it in (png, tif,
jpg) , but maybe Ruopeng has a better idea?

not in csh or tcsh (which needs “setenv”).
