You can use mri_convert, like mri_convert lh.thickness --ascii lh.thickness.txt this will create a text file with a single column, one row for each vertex. You can also use mri_convert lh.thickness --ascii+crsf lh.thickness.txt This will create 5 columns, the first being the column number, th
