It is looking for a folder called motion.sm3.lh in the current
directory. This would have been created when you ran mkanalysis-sess.
Does that exist? and does the analysis.info file exist inside it?

Dear FreeSurfers,
I'm trying to perform a block design analysis with fsfast. All the steps up
until the selxavg3-sess works quite fine. However, upon using the selxavg3-sess
as, for example, in "selxavg3-sess -s Sess01 -a motion.sm3.lh -no-preproc
-overwrite" I receive the following error. I'd
when you make the analysis (step 4), specify the taskreg without the
.dat (ie, MRS_MASK, not MRS_MASK.dat)

Hi list,
I'm performing FS-FAST on rsfMRI.The seed is MRS voxel.I have run:
1-mri_convert MRS_MASK.nii.gz $SUBJECTS_DIR/MRS_MASK.mgz
2-fcseed-config -segid 1 -seg MRS_MASK.mgz -fsd rest -mean -cfg
mean.MRS_MASK.config
3-fcseed-sess -sf sessid -cfg mean.MRS_MASK.config
4- mkanalysis-sess -ana
Not sure what is going on. Try creating a symlink to matlab from a
location in your path, eg, if ~/bin is in your path, then
cd ~/bin
ln -s /Applications/MATLAB_R2014b.app/bin/matlab matlab
rehash
then run again

Hi Doug -
I've been experimenting with different approaches to link freesurfer
with matlab but to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly
appreciated.
The most recent attempt used the following code.
In a fresh terminal window (tsch) I'd set the environment for
FREESURFER_HOME and SUBJECTS_DI
Do you have matlab installed? If so, is it in your path?

Hi -
I've encountered an error in step 8 of the functional connectivity
analysis.
here is some of the information requested with errors:
FREESURFER_HOME:
/Volumes/projects/painimaging/Bishop/FreeSurfer_R01/freesurfer
Build stamp: freesurfer-Darwin-lion-stable-pub-v5.3.0
Kernel info: Darwin 14.
