External Email - Use Caution
solved it, turns out symlinks don't like relative paths (which I was using
in the config file for tracula), changing those to absolute paths tracula
finished with no errors

Hi Yoon - It sounds like FSL's bedpostx postprocessing script
failed. You can run it like this:
bedpostx_postproc.sh /path/to/your/subject/dmri

Hi Anastasia,
trac-all -prep completed without error.
I thought trac-all -bedp starts and ends without any error but trac-all path
failed with these messages.

been some compatibility issues with the latest version of bedpostx that
we've had to fix. For now please run bedpostx by itself. Thanks!

Dear Priti
The bedpostx works fine on the data if I run it outside of tracula.
The command "/home/kutato12/freesurfer/bin/fsl_sub_seychelles -T 60 -m a -N
bedpostx_pre -l
/home/kutato12/freesurfer/subjects/my_subject/dmri.bedpostX/logs
${FSLDIR}/bin/bedpostx_preproc.sh

Hi Sarina,
Can you check to see what files are there in the dmri.bedpostX directory?
Do you have the merged_*, mean_*, dyads_* files??
